Xoligsisar Realm

Xoligsisar Realm, also known as Xoligsisar Dream is a plane of existance that was confined inside the Otherwhere by the Lich Xoligsisar. The realm of Xoligsisar mostly serves as the lich's Library complex, which they have opened for public use and is considered the largest library in The Shard after The Tower's Library.

Geography

Xoligsisar's plane has no concept of "outside", instead, it is an infinite series of chambers connected to the giant library in the center.
