Catfolk

Catfolk are a race of feline humanoids native to the southern regions of the Caligo Jungle and the Sand Sea. Catfolk come in a variety of colors and patterns of fur, the same as cats. They typically stand slightly taller than humans, between 6 and 7 feet. There are two distinct sub-races of Catfolk, the Panthera and the Tabaxi.

Panthera

The Panthera Catfolk are the larger of the two sub-species, and more closely resemble the big cats of the world such as tigers and lions. They usually stand at least 6'6, pushing upward to over 7 feet at times. Many male Panthera have manes, though that is not always the case. They are stronger than their Tabaxi cousins and consequently bulkier, though they are still quite graceful and dexterous as their feline nature would imply. They are known for their powerful roar which is capable of shaking even the most seasoned warrior.

Tabaxi

Tabaxi Catfolk are the smaller cousins of the Panthera. They more closely resemble the smaller cats of the world, and stand shorter than Panthera but still tall by human standards. They generally have a lean and lanky build, and are incredibly graceful and dexterous. Tabaxi are also known for their quick wit and ability to integrate and get along with just about anyone.
