Vergastan

The city of the High Dutchian is a religious and scholarly city isolated from the rest of the country. Here the worshipers and scholars of the Dutchian gods advocate for certain action based on the word of god. Within their city-state they have their own theocracy but attempt to push it on the rest of The Dutchian Empire.
