Temporal Communicator

The Temporal Communicator looks like a miniature tower comprised of several gyrating plates made of thick glass-like material. The communicator is hardy and durable, despite being transparent. There are plastic tubes jutting up and down the core of the tower. They change color when activated.
The Temporal Communicator works like a phone call across time. It can communicate with anyone or anything that ever opened communication with it, provided the plates are organized in the right order.
