A Brief Introduction

Welcome, adventurers, to the Ultima Domain. Nyx Divina is a world in which the battle between light and dark never ends. Its past is plagued by everlasting strife, with many civilizations previously stuck in a vicious cycle of restoration and destruction. Eternal scars paint the earth and still serve as reminders of all that has been lost. Conflict was once perceived to be essential to the balance of Nyx Divina. That was, at least, until the emergence of the RuneKeeper.
This series of one-shots will tell the story of the rise of such a figure, and by extension, your characters will shape the history of this world. While this WorldAnvil page is still under construction, this shall serve as a basic guide to the land and politics of Nyx Divina.

About the Campaign

After the three introductory one-shots, all players will begin in the city of Haven, the capital of Galea's Republic. RuneKeeper Crest is hosting The Summoning, a time-honored tradition where heroes with aspirations of greatness participate in trials to become the next RuneKeeper. The motivations of the contenders vary greatly, but nonetheless, all have the desire for power. Do you seek fame and renown? Do you want the power to protect those you love? Do you desire dominance and political influence? That is up for you to decide.
