Balremm Swiftbreaker died in battle and the The Cloud Peaks did not rebel again until the second era.

Aftermath

Because much of The Cloud Peaks forces were Dwarves, Azgulrennkazad took the refusal of quarter as a crime against the Dwarven race and declared war on The Republic of Aldmoor in retaliation.
