This wand has 3 charges. While holding it you may use an action to expend 1 or more charges to cast the Scorching Ray spell at 2nd level with it. You may increase the level by 1 for each additional charge. When you make the spell's attack, you do so with an attack bonus of 5.
The wand regains 1d4+1 charges at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a 1d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
