Edagast the Wise

The Archmage of the Khah'kha mages guild. Edagast is a powerful mage and ruthless politician. It was not his idea to require arcane licenses, however, he has used them to increase his wealth and influence in the city. He is generally respected by everyday citizens, although the Elders believe him too ambitious for his own good.
