S.26. City of Justice Report

General Summary

As the players settled down in the Elfsong Tavern, they heard a commotion on the street. When some went to investigate they found a mob surrounding a man being led away in chains by masked figures. The party followed the crowd to the center of the city where they witnessed a bizarre ritual in which a masked man claimed he could deduce guilt through the use of magic. When the party made their way back to the tavern, they discovered they had been followed by a mysterious mute woman who offered them a bag of gold with a note saying to meet her under the dead three.
