Session 6: The Feast of St. Andral Report

General Summary

As the party investigated the coffin maker's workshop, they awoke a clutch of vampire spawn. After a brief fight, the party took the bones

Yeska had hidden in a bag of holding in his wardrobe as well as a few pages of a journal belonging to Strahd detailing his ancient creation and terrifying history and made haste to St. Andral's Church.
They arrived in the midsts of Father Lucian Petrovich giving an evening mass, gave him the bones, and thought the matter solved. However, once the bones exchanged hands, it was revealed that this Father Petrovich was in fact Strahd von Zarovich in disguise and the real Father Petrovich had been killed by the Devil himself.
Strahd attempted to convince Aleksandra Kolyana to come with him to Castle Ravenloft where he would give her a "very long life." Aleksandra fained her interest long enough for the rest of the party time to act, slicing the bag asunder and spilling the bones everywhere. Strahd then made his escape vowing that the party would die slow and painful deaths.
In the night, Aleksandra had a prophetic dream of a temple of amber in which slumbered a dark and ancient vestige. She experienced the memories of Tatyana, Strahd's first love, as she made a pact with the being to some unknown end.
Strahd has been denied for now, but the night was not without its casualties.
