Enforcers
The law enforcement in Oasis is nothing to be proud of, the police here are the most notorious gang in the city. The enforcers often create new city ordinances on the spot and any resistance is met with fierce retaliation. Joining the Enforcers requires an invitation so the group consistently shares ideas of family and brotherhood. The noble families of Oasis tend to contribute heavily to the enforcers' equipment and capital. In turn, the Enforcers often find themselves acting as security and private bodyguards.
Structure
Most Enforcers are personal friends or family of other members. The "Major" acts as head the of house and is advised by his "Left Hand" who's position is to advise and act solely on behalf of the group. The "Right Hand" is second in command, his authority only outranked by the "Major" and is equal to the "Left Hand". Captains report to the "Right Hand" and in turn, command varying numbers of soldiers who set out to do the group's dirty work. These soldiers are the ones usually seen harassing travelers or collecting rent from the lower class citizens.

Public Agenda
The enforcers put on a public mask of Law Enforcement, but in reality, they are a tight knight gang operation. They use the illegality of magical items to justify stealing them for themselves.
Assets
