The Creation of the Elves

Era beginning/end

After being created and given their purpose by the Lord of Light, the Elves were sent to the world that they would watch over. They spread out and settled many of the lands.

The Elves were created by the Lord of Light and placed on the world known as Erilis. Their people were bound to serve the will of the Light, to be the masters of living Nature and the guardians of the Child Races. The early millennia of their existence was spent in nomadic camps while communing with the various environments of Erilis. The entire population meditated and attuned their mana with their surroundings at the bidding of the Light, until they have created the affinity they would need to influence the natural world at its most fundamental levels. They then establishing the first settlements in places of particular stability while most of their population remained nomadic.
