Vakeef

Vakeef is the Azra harbor master of the Cabal's Stronghold. He has purple eyes, a small thin moustache, and a tattoo down his left temple.
He has at least two slaves that work with him on the docks: Nazley, a female Skeld elf whose horns have been removed, and Rashik, a dark blue Selkie with orange scales around his yellow eyes.
For the 60 electrum Captain Reef pays him, he sees that the ship is repaired (unnecessary as the ship repairs itself) and has it restocked with food.
