More than likely the last living gnome on the island of Everpeak . Bingo is sweet and spends most of his days trying to repair the lighthouse, so other ships don't crash here. However, with his memory, he lost his knack for tinkering, and his hammer swings away at a lighthouse that most likely will never shine again. That is until Vindholm Coldmight took it upon himself to fix the lighthouse and now Bingo watches the light go around in wonder and awe with pure joy filling his eyes.
