Oaker Bogwood

Longest reign in the history of Obsidianreach due to his father dying at a young age. Is well known as the former king, Clevin Bogwood's father, and the leader of the longest-standing peace in Obsidianreach's history. The Kryption rebellion was settled just before Oaker took the throne and there wasn't another declared war internally amongst any of the islands until the Caerleon rebellion.
