A lovely town with harsh rules

On the east coast of Everpeak is a large mostly elven town. The younger populous is surprising for the state of the island's draft program. It has kept the town mostly safe from the dangers of the wildlife, wild magic, and the firewall.
The forest breaks into rocky flat lands that the town is built on. Further east is a large cave system on the edge of tall cliffs.
