Arreum

Description:

Arreum is pure white metal with the same properties as steel, with slightly lower density and durability.

Uses:

Since it is only slightly weaker than steel and as easy to smelt and work with as iron, it is used in as a replacement for steel, both in tools, weapons, armor and even jewelry.

Temperature points:  

• Melting: 1450 Celsius
• Boiling: 2700 Celsius
  
  

Location:

Arreum ore is commonly found in ore veins alongside iron, commonly in the Crystal sea. Due to this, it is mainly used by Dayneans, since they live there.

Smelting process:

The ore is processed in the same forges as iron is, just with slightly lower temperature.
