Shallow sea

Southern part of Ocean of myths is called the Shallow sea. The sea is not very deep and lacks any fauna and flora, in most places. What makes it so is the rocky sea floor, which can't support plants, which in turn lack a food source for most fish. However, relatively small spots, that contain fertile soil, are able to support plant grown and therefore fish.
These spots are called Fishing Oasis by the locals. They are pits 10-30 meters deeper than their surroundings. Despite their lack of connection between each other, they maintain relatively the same fauna and flora. Many pits also contain small sprawiling caves, which some fish call home.
There are also Abyss pits, which, as the name implies, are so deep, sunlight doesn't reach the bottom. While there are no signs of life, sailors report echoing howls coming from their depths, as they sail by. What makes these sounds is unknown, but it's enough for locals to avoid them.

Depth:

The seas´s depth goes from 1m up to 50m in a few places, 10-25m on average.

Fauna and Flora:

The sea lacks in diverse fauna and flora, so there is not much worth mentioning.

• Sea Plants: Phytoplankton, Sea Grass, Seaweed, Algae
• Other: Octopus, Sea Star, Rock Crawler, @echoing

Islands:

The sea holds a few islands, some even inhabited by humanoid civilizations. Tho not all of them are worth mentioning.
