Hellions’ Bay

Hellions’ Bay is a country with a large port city as the capital. Hellion’s Bay is known for its naval power. They are at constant conflict with the pirates of the Scourged Isles, islands in the waters in between the continents. The Navy of Hellions' Bay are always at ends with the pirates and the Pirate Council of 3 that keeps them slightly organized. Hellions’ Bay is a hub for naval travel and treasure seekers.
