You are always aware of what the other twin is thinking and have a perfect understanding of each other's intentions. And have permanent telepathy with each other. Past 100ft this telepathy breaks and automatically re-establishes when in sight and within 100ft of the other.
Once per long test, you may extend your connection to cast sending to your twin. Once used this feature may not be used again untill you finish a long rest.

If you are ever more than 100ft away from your twin soul, all attacks, saving throws, and skill checks are done at disadvantage. Past 100ft your telepathy breaks. Once you are within 100ft of your twin and can see them, the telepathy link automatically re-establishes.
