Vyroding

Vyording, or “Blessed of Winter”, are a race of towering warriors. They are skilled hunters, born helmsman, and fierce masters of war. They were driven from their homes when the Lost Continent become uninhabitable. They can now be found mostly on the islands of Draxfallen. The nation of Draxfallen long ago had a history of bloodshed with the Vyording, but when the Lost Continent froze over, the nation of Draxfallen welcomed their fellow warriors and granted them land.

Winter’s Blessed:

You gain resistance to cold damage. In addition, you do not suffer negative effects from cold weather and cold weather events, except on the lost continent, where you are resistant.

Frost Brand:

As a reaction on your turn you may cover a weapon you are holding in ice. Attacks with this weapon change your weapon damage type to cold. The ice last 1 minute then melts away.

Additionally, when a spell you cast would do damage you may use a reaction to change that damage type to cold.

When you deal cold damage in these two ways, you may add your constitution mod to the damage dealt. This damage is also cold.
