The Cult of The Frozen Serpent is a cult made up sololy of Yuan Ti, believing that an ungodly sized skeleton of a Wyrm (found wrapped round the great mountain, West of Veer Gex, in The Crawling Wastes) is the Mother of their entire race.
This is a religion is not openly practices, you can tell a member by either a blue eye tattoo (Living) or blue glowing eyes (Undead).
