Alderman Dutton
Second in leadership only to Gabriel Gardus in Areti, Alderman Dutton is quite knowledgeable in the affairs of Areti. Being a member of the Tempest Hunters himself, he knows a fair bit about what is going on with the order and the wider world at times as well. Although getting that information from the Alderman is another story entirely. Gabriel may be inspiring and loud but Dutton is more reserved and can be a little irritable while not sipping his favorite drink.
However, if one can befriend the Alderman they will certainly have a helpful ally for life. Having quite the career as a traveling Investigator for his more youthful years, he could definitely point a Hunter in the right direction for information to assist in a hunt.
He can usually be found in one place or another within the Tempest Hunters Guildhall
