Jackson: I look up to him, and yes that's a joke but seriously I do. Waylan is the one person from my blood family I kept around, because he's good and solid people and I never felt like less than around him. He may be my uncle, but I see him more as the brother I never had. I'm lucky to know him.
Waylan is my big, fluffy nap spot at the dock! He's got the warmest fur, he gets THE BEST FISH! And he's fun to talk to. Also relaxing to talk to. And he smells like earth and plants and safe spaces, like Jayce does. He has to stay too.
Waylan seems pretty cool, patient and practical. I don't know him too well just yet, but I like the crowd he runs with and Jackson's a good friend. Bet he'd be fun to fish with.
