Lolth - the Queen of Spiders (Low-Lth)

Lolth, the Demon Queen of Spiders, teaches that fear is strength and love is weakness. Her symbol is believed to be a black spider with head of a female dark elf.
The elves believe that she was once the goddess Araushnee and married Corellon Larethian, the creator of elves and first of the Seldarine. She tried to overthrow him but instead was banished to the Abyss where she transformed into the spider Lolth. Her realm purportedly is an endless darkness of interconnected spiderwebs. A rumor also persists that her elven followers were lead away in the dark of night and marked by her to better blend in the darkness.
