First Lesson

When a child of the Argent Family or a new recruit to the Clan begins training in earnest, this begins with the First Lesson.

The student is taken to a remote location (often in a simulated kidnapping), where they are tied up and given a single blunt knife, and have to get themselves free.

This typically takes several hours.
