Ostal d'Argent

A large house with extensive grounds located in the region historically called Gavaudan (modern Lozère) in France, owned by the Argent Family.

The house was purchased by Henri Argent shortly after his marriage to Marie-Jeanne Valet, and has been in the family ever since. After the family moved to North America, it has primarily been used as a holiday home.

The name is Occitan, meaning 'house of silver'.
