Humanoid creatures with colors varying from pure white to blue. While hairless, clouds gather around them, usually giving the appearance of hair.

Classically, Cirroans wear light, flowy cloth, that emulates their natural cloudy "hair", forgoing footwear and jewelry as something that "weighs them down".
