Domains Permeate The Lands

It is no secret that while the ground consists of earth, water, minerals etc everywhere that is not all.
According to The Creation of The Domains and Everything, it is believed that our planet is the result of the chaos of the creation events, where a drop of the Eternal Plains of War, was send spiralling into the air, to reach a place in space where it became the planet, we know today.
The world was released from the creation of the Domains and the Elements, and thus is formed by all of these Domains, consistent of fysical matter, but also metafysical, divine matter.
This means every place in our world is afflicted by an underlying Domain, which some places are more prominent than others.
If one city produces more scholars, it is believed that it is because that city is placed on a spot fueled by the Domain of Enlightenment, for example.
