Attunement

Some items require a magical bond known as attunement to be used. To become attuned to an item, you must spend a short rest doing nothing but attuning to it. When you complete your short rest, you become attuned to the item, remove any previous owner's attunement, and if you already were attuned to 3 items, you lose your attunement to one of them at random.
