Action - Roll Religion. On a 29 or lower, you fail a death saving throw. On a 30 or higher, you become a Lich. You must have a Phylactery and be on a Path to Lichdom to use this ability.

As a Lich, you change in the following ways:
- You gain the Undead creature type.
- You gain immunity to being frightened.
- You gain 30 feet of truesight.
- Your unarmed attacks deal an additional 1d6 cold damage.
- You gain resistance to cold damage and immunity to poison damage.
- You gain immunity to the poisoned condition.
- If you are dead at the beginning of your turn, you may resurrect yourself at 1 hit point in an empty space within 5 feet of your Phylactery. You must have a Phylactery to use this ability.
