Bonus Action - Enter Shinobi Stance until you enter another stance or use an action to exit Shinobi Stance. While in Shinobi Stance, you change in the following ways:
 
  • You don't gain disadvantage on attack rolls because of being blinded.

  • You cannot be grappled.

  • Whenever you hit a creature with a backstab attack, you may roll an additional 1d8 poison damage.

  • You exit Shinobi Stance whenever you become charmed.
