Osetra

Osetra is the owner of The Stubborn Wyvern. An imposing female Minotaur, of brown fur and large curling horns, with the left hand side snapped off; in-between these horns she as a single braid of blonde hair. 
Osetra keeps the rabble of workers and undesirable in check.
