General Description

Deep in the forest eons before the lands were settled stands a special grove where even sound dare not invade.
Near a crystaline pool of cool blue water stands the epitome of treedom. A mighty grey-brown trunk thrusts itself hundreds of feet skywards to boast the thickest viridian canopy - the crown of a great king admist their prime. Secondary trunks support the unfathomable heft of its branches. Great roots spiral outwards from the base of each trunk like wooden tidal waves frozen in time. Scattered throughout the barken weave perch countless woodland creatures each a breathless trinket collected by the great master of the woods.
There is power here for not even the wind whispers.

Unique Phenomena

Despite being a closed canopy (middle boreal) forest within Báisaisling Foraois, the floor of Ganfuaim Garrán is never frozen or covered with snow and the blue pool is always full of clear, potable water. All of which is a ruse to entice more creatures to join the eternal menagerie surrounding their roots.

Secret Knowledge

The grove consists of many Déntromediun surrounding the original of their species. From within this sacred thicket Sturla Snorrason was cursed for stealing a quill from a lignification porcupine resulting in the creation of the Utrettelig Fjærpenn a.k.a The Coffee Quill. For those familiar with Halfling mythos, Fearg Aiféala Mór-Ríoghain, the curse, and Legenden om Evig Liv form an eerie trifecta of coincidence.
