Gwynda

A priestess from The Temple of the Forgiven Wave in the town of Gannet, Gwynda always had her heart open to those who needed her gods divine aid. She was a familiar face to those in the Wharf of Gannet where she spent many a day wondering, healing and spreading Deep Sashelas' kindness on the docks to the myriad of sailors who would pass through during the year.
Though still in her elven prime, over time Gwynda felt her health declining, her body fatiguing, her mind getting weaker. Through time the monastery realised that whenever gwynda used her divine magic, she weakened. However, upon the cessation of using magic her body did not return to its previous state. Even though it was at a severely reduced rate, her body and mind continued to wither.
The monastery sent out missives to its brethren, to ask for their knowledge and aid in identifying this disease. Whilst they could not find the cause, they found a medicine, named "Pool of Calcifer", could temporarily halt the decay. So, whilst the monastery continued to find a cure, they sent a lad named Pysel, whom was smitten with the priestess, and unbeknownst to many someone for whom the priestess had more than fond feelings, to regularly send back money and pay for the costly medicine, in the hope that they will one day be able to cure her.
