The Kingdom of Ruanah stakes their claim for the rights to colonize the moons of Iona and Klaumata.

Lagging behind the other nations, the Kingdom of Ruanah was unable to stake a claim on any of the rocky planets of the Astrae System. Queen Eva Levesque negotiated their rights to colonize the moons of the two gas giants Iona and Klaumata. She then convinced the heads of the noble houses to cede their familial lands to her dominion, replacing them with the rights to various moons.
