7 Warlords of the Sea

The Seven Warlords of the Sea are a group of 7 powerful pirates who have signed a contract with the World Government‌. The contract states that the pirate's bounty will be forever be frozen as long as they defeat other pirates on sight and abide orders given to them directly by the Gorōsei‌. The World Government‌ believes the Warlord system keeps the world itself in balance.
