Personal history

V (or his CP9 Alias: “Orphan No. 5”) was extensively trained under Cipher Pol 9 to become a covert assassin, targeting those who have been deemed threats to the World Government. Due to V’s own morals and emotions getting in the way of even simple training procedures, it wouldn’t be until V reached the age of 19 to be assigned his first big mission: assassinating a person by the name of Racheal Fourlis. V was not given details on why this person need to be killed, but was told to keep track of their schedule and make their death look like an accident.
On the Island of Goa, V tailed his target through the midst of Edgetown, a town full of the lowclass in the Kingdom of Goa. V learning Racheal's schedule, he learns more than he should have. Racheal seems to have been a pirate captain who has been long since retired from her days of stealing riches to try to support her newfound family. Despite this, V confirmed that Racheal still has possession of Illegal substances. V found himself at a crossroads, to assassinate a potentially dangerous individual, or to let her live and turn around for the better.
Despite V’s own morals, he does as he was assigned. Disgusted, V calls in with his transponder snail to announce the job was done. In a turn of events though, despite having done exactly what he was told, V was informed that person he just killed was the incorrect target. "A minor mistake we made-." V, with this new information, abandons his gun and snail mid conversation and stows away on a passenger liner bound for Dawn Port, under a fake identity.
