Shimmering Bay

The left half is controled by the Luminous Empire, and Lightglen uses it for military and trade. The goblins of Boneborough control the right half, and defend it from monsters. Is the party monsters? I suppose that is up to the party. They use this bay for food, and light trade. There is conflict between empires over control of the bay.
