Alquam

Alquam, Demon Lord of Night, Father of Harpies, the Phantom Singer, is the lord of the Camouflet, within the depths of The Abyss. He takes a shape like the outline of an owl, but made almost entirely of a void-black substance that absorbs all light. His feathery wings blot out what little light is present in the deep charcoal grey of the Camouflet's sky. His only distinguishable feature are his snakelike yellow eyes, visible brightly even in total darkness.
Unusually for a Demon, Alquam is said to find joy in music. He is said to have given a thread of his voice to all harpies and other dark creatures that sing. The tone of the music he loves most, simultaneously grating and impossibly alluring, can drive a weak-minded mortal to psychic ruin.
