Taras Telumë
Taras Telumë is the holiest building in the Citadel of the Wild. It is also the tallest building in the known world, with a height of just over 700 feet.
No entry is permitted to those outside the holy orders of the Wild Dynasty. Higher and higher levels of the tower are closed off to lower ranks of the holy orders. The second-highest level is the council room for the Circle of Five. The highest chamber in the tower is the Kaiwalumë ("heavenly consulate"), where only the Valòmar is permitted to set foot.
Purpose / Function
The Taras Telumë is designed as a place for those most faithful to the Wild Dynasty to worship. Each level of the building serves this end, from the cavernous main hall that seats thousands to the Kaiwalumë (or "heavenly consulate"), the secret chamber at the top which only the Valòmar may ever enter.
Type
