Stefan Belic

Stefan was a survivor of World War 3 and a member of Luna's Lucky Seven.
Stefan was a medical assistant at Tranquility Base. In 2113, Stefan helped deliver Olivia Allard into the world. When World War 3 came to Luna, Stefan worked with the medical team to keep as many alive as possible, but there were not many survivable injuries after the battle.
Stefan worked closely with Patricia Allard, Olivia's mother, to keep the child safe as the colonists struggled to stay alive. When it was clear they would have to abandon Tranquility Base and seek help from the Chinese, it became clear there was no easy way to transport Olivia since they had no infant-sized space suits. Stefan helped design a makeshift child carrier pod to carry Olivia in as they ventured to Chang'e City.
When the Lunar survivors were forced to cull their numbers to conserve resources, Stefan was one of the eight selected to remain alive, becoming one of the seven Lunar colonists to ultimately survive World War 3. Stefan became the medical specialist for the duration of the Seven's ordeal on Luna, tending to injuries and illnesses alike. Stefan also delivered the first children conceived by his fellow survivors, having learned much about the process by assisting in Olivia's delivery many years prior.
Unlike her daughter, Patricia was not selected to be one of the eight, so she asked Stefan to look after her daughter. Stefan and Olivia grew close, and eventually became romantically involved. After rescue, the two eventually married and had a child of their own, Selena Belic.
Since Olivia could not travel to Earth, Stefan decided to remain on the Moon with her. The two remained active in the Lunar community, helping to rebuild and restore Tranquility Base to its former glory.
