Thomas Adayemi (a.k.a. Tom)

Tom was a well known reporter of the post World War III period. He spent most of his career working for the Voice of Africa news network. His most famous work, for which he won the Pulitzer Prize, was his interview with one of the surviving Pathfinders, Sergei Markov. This interview titled "Who Are The Pathfinders?" and his subsequent works brought attention to the forgotten heroes and their struggles with the aftermath of their ordeal.   Later in life, Tom covered the outbreak of the Greater African War where he was killed while embedded with African Union troops.
