Firelands

The Firelands are an Archipelago between the Palm Island and Ekura. They are created and dominated by a large, very active volcano, known just as The Volcano. They are inhabited mostly by Fire Elementals, although some Dragonfolk call them their home as well.
Due to the Volcano's high activity, the Firelands are in a constant state of floral rehabilitation, which causes the inhabitants' diets to mostly consist of fish, algae, and food imports from the Ekuran mainland. However, it also perpetually replenishes the earth's reserves in precious stones and minerals, making the Firelands Ora's second biggest source of non-magical crystals after the Crystal Peak.
