Baal, the Splendid King

Baal is widely seen as a collector of sorts, and is known for his strong ego as well as his boastfulness. He is a Drow who views all as his subjects and all of the broken city as his possessions. Further, he disregards most affairs as beneath him. He is the King of 111,111 Planes, and uses them to fuel his armies, ambitions, and great cities with little regard for complaints in the rotten structure beneath him. He is Bearer of the Word Glory.
