The Court of the Banrigh

Little is known about the Banrigh, the mysterious figure who remains the only current challenger to The Reign of the Sevenfold Kings. The numbers of her forces are shrouded in mystery, as are her intentions. However, she has been making massive moves recently, as the wide absence of The Wilds in Orasrupt drives more and more Elves from across the Planes to madness. It would seem to the layman that she is amassing an army, but even the Sevenfold Kings know not what she intends for the undercity - or the overcity, where millions live in relative ignorance.
