An aged fisherman, son of fisherman, grandson of a fisherman, great-grandson of a stool-maker. Currently content with his station in life. Old Harold is the proud owner of a small fleet and its crews, all devoted to fishing in far waters. Despite the presence of pirate crews in the area, Billcock&co have never failed to sail out and cruise back every week since 522.
As captain, master Billcock is respected by his crew for his experience and instinct when avoiding sea monsters and hostile ships. Despite his strong physic for an old man, Harold is a very poor drinker. this doesn't prevent him from partying with his crew whenever a big haul brightens their week. It is said that his business provides enough fish for all of Firstown, making him a power to protect at all cost. Captain Billcock merely wants to go out and fish, and that is enough.
