Count

A lower ranked noble ruling over a county, usually part of a hgher territory such as a Dukedom or a Kingdom. Counts can have Barons for vassals. It is a title exclusive to the feudal Eastern Realms populated by numerous Humans of Orbido.
It is a noble title inherited through heredity by the oldest male descendant of the primary branch. Counts rule over at least 100 leagues of terrain which includes the various landscapes within the borders that have been established with other counts. The total influence of each count may vary, but they all share the same rights over their lands and the same duties towards their better Dukes or Kings.
Currently, the Eastern Realms contain about 80 counts divised among three large Dukedoms and a Kingdom.
