Count Tulio del Argento

Current ruler of the County of Gracia. Grandson of former jewelers who rose to nobility and inherited the County through circumstances that can only be extraordinary. Conscious of his aura of commoner that has yet to be removed from the mind of the high society, Tulio makes the most of his station as Count. He raises funds and produces feasts to which many a lady and lords participate gratefully to not only enjoy the sights but participate in a bit of internal politics in a neutral ground. Oblivious to those machinations, Tulio only aims to please. Technically, he succeeds.
