County of Elance

Eastern-most Human-ruled region of the Eastern Realms. It is part of the Fortern Kingdom and is estimated to serve as a bulwark against the Keratos Empire waiting beyond the frontier.

Territories

Elance has changed rulers many times, even before the Empire began meddling with the internal wars among the Eastern Realms. It coalesces all lands between the river to its west and the Baltath Hills to its East.br]
Oveny, Broken Fortress is its oldest settlement, a fortress/castle that, despite not being the center of government of the county, is the ultimate symbol of this county's status moreso than the capital itself.
